About the Role
Provide high quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
Work with athletes and active individuals to support recovery and performance
Apply a variety of techniques including deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation massage
Assess clients and develop appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Deliver a professional, welcoming, and results focused experience formembers and guests
Build strong relationships and support ongoing wellness goals
Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with the therapy and fitness team
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
Follow all health and safety standards
Support daily clinic operations and scheduling as required
Experience
A minimum of 1-5 years of professional massage therapy experience is required.
Experience working with athletes and in a sports focused environment is strongly preferred
Experience in a private club setting is considered an asset.
Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of MassageTherapists of Ontario is required
Professional liability insurance is required
First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
Flexible hours including evenings + weekends.
4-5 hours/shift, 2-3 shifts/week
Requirements
We are looking for an RMT in good standing with the CMTO to join our team.
New graduates are welcome.
Hit the ground running with a pre-existing client base to draw from.
Fully furnished rooms with tables, linens and online booking/charting provided.
Split or rent options available.
Shift availability Monday to Saturday
