Ocean-Spa Does not Accept Insurance

A common misconception in Ontario is that all massages are covered by insurance. However, this is not the case. You can't simply visit any spa or massage studio and expect your session to be covered by your extended health care plan. Specific criteria and regulations determine whether or not your massage will qualify for insurance reimbursement.

 

Cancellations

  • Single services require 24 hours notice or full charges will be applied.

  • Multiple services, including Spa Packages require 48 hours or a 50% charge will be applied.

  • Group bookings of 3 guests or more must be paid in full 14 days prior to the appointment date.

  • No-shows will not be refunded.

 

Reservations

  • Appointments are booked by telephone, in person or via our website.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted via our website or voicemail, please call us.

  • A valid credit card is required for first time bookings and may be requested for future bookings.

  • Gift card numbers are required at time of booking.

 

Promptness

  • Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.  Late arrival will result in a modified treatment time so that the next guest is not kept waiting.  Full charge will apply.

 

Minimum Age

  • Children under the age of 8 are welcome providing they follow spa policy.

  • Some treatments may require parental consent/presence if under the age of 18.

 

Courtesy

  • Please contribute to a serene environment by turning off all cell phones.  A 'whisper mode' is appreciated!
     

Return or Exchange

  • A 14 days refund or exchange to unopened retail items is permitted with original receipt.

 

Your Services

  • Communication is the key to achieving desired results.  Please share your likes or dislikes with your therapist prior to your treatment.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are available for any Service, Spa Package or in any dollar denomination.

  • Dollar amount gift cards have no expiry date.  All service gift cards will have a 1 year expiration date from month of purchase.

  • Ocean Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • Gift cards are non replaceable or refundable.

 

Attire

  • A Spa gown, robe, slippers may be provided for all Spa Package bookings.

  • Swimwear is require in some areas of the Spa.

  • Ocean Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced items.

 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.  Prices do not include H.S.T.
